Marillac maintains a list of approved contractors to ensure those working on our assets are qualified, insured and provide a high-quality service underpinned by Value for Money. Contractors can apply to Marillac to become an approved contractor. A completed application form and some documentary evidence will be required.

Underpinning Marillac’s Asset and Repair and Maintenance Strategies is the aim to provide a transparent, reliable and value for money housing repair and maintenance service to all tenants while at the same time safe-guarding the assets of Marillac both in the short and long term.

Both the landlord and the tenant have responsibilities regarding the maintenance of the property and the tenant’s home. Landlord’s responsibility is outlined in the 2019 Minimum Rented Standard Regulations.
